EMBO Practical Course: Structural Characterization of Macromolecular Complexes

The EMBO Practical Course “Structural Characterization of Macromolecular Complexes” took place in Grenoble from the 30th of May to the 5th of June 2010. Students and postdocs from 13 different countries (UK, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, Belgium, Israel, India, Italy, Switzerland, Sweden, Hungary and Australia) participated in the course, which covered a range of topics on how to produce, purify and characterize multi-subunit protein and protein/nucleic acid complexes for structural analysis. Several P-CUBE partners actively contributed to the successful event and many students were happy to learn about the possibilities offered by P-CUBE.
